Amounts are derived with integer arithmetic from nano-USD values. Display code never converts ledger values through JavaScript Number.

What we do not charge for
There is no monthly fee, no minimum spend, no seat fee, and no contract. Connected voice minutes are the only metered thing on this platform.
The console and the SDKs
Every console page, and the Node, Python, and browser SDKs, are free to use.
Webhooks
Signed delivery, retries, and dead-letter visibility are part of the platform, not an add-on.
The playground
Free except for its own connected minutes — a playground call is a real call and is billed at the same rate as any other.
Post-call analysis
Insights run on your own model, on your own provider account. Your provider bills you for those tokens; Dvaarik adds nothing on top.

We sell voice minutes only. A website chat bot built on your own model costs you nothing from us.
What we store
Call audio is not ours to keep
- Recordings live in your carrier account
- When an agent has
record_callsenabled, Dvaarik asks your phone company to record the call. The audio is written to your own carrier account, on your own carrier plan. We store only the carrier's reference to it, so you fetch the audio from your carrier with your own credentials. We pay nothing to store it and you do not pay to store it twice. - Browser calls have no recording
- A browser call has no carrier in the path, so there is no carrier to record it and no recording to fetch. Nothing is stored, by us or by anyone else.
- Transcripts expire after 90 days
- When
store_transcriptis on, the transcript is held in the Dvaarik database for 90 days and is then deleted. Retrieve or copy anything you need to keep within that window. - The insight block survives
- The short post-call summary written by
insight_configstays on the call record after the transcript is deleted. It is small, and it is your business record of what the call was about.

Launch status
Published price, explicit gates
- Voice API and console
- Agents, voice sessions, carriers, webhooks, and billing are published on a project-key machine door and an account-session console door. The console, the playground, and your server use the same contracts.
- Release scope
- This release is voice only. Dvaarik publishes no developer messaging-channel API, and the console exposes no messaging surface.
- USD wallet and checkout
- Prepaid top-ups from $10 to $2,000 are collected through Razorpay with no fee or markup. $10 is the smallest single top-up the gateway will take, not a minimum spend and not a recurring charge: nothing is debited again, and an unspent balance stays yours. Whether international cards are accepted depends on Razorpay international-payment enablement, purpose-code, settlement, and compliance approval for the merchant account; the console reports the gateway's answer rather than assuming it.
- Carrier and AI accounts
- Carrier onboarding, line provisioning, consent, and AI provider access are yours to complete. A console screen cannot make those approvals complete.

- What does Dvaarik charge for?
- Connected voice minutes, and nothing else. That one rate covers realtime voice-session orchestration, project isolation, interruption handling, metering, and platform delivery infrastructure.
- Is there a monthly fee or a minimum?
- No. There is no platform fee, no minimum spend, no seat fee, no commitment, and no contract. You top up a prepaid wallet, you spend what you use, and whatever is left stays yours.
- What do my providers charge?
- Your selected speech, language-model, voice, and telephony providers bill their usage directly under your own accounts and terms.
- Is text or chat priced?
- No. We sell voice minutes only. Text and chat are free from us — a website chat bot running on your own model costs you nothing here, and your model provider bills you for its own tokens.
- What does post-call analysis cost?
- Nothing from Dvaarik. Insights run on your own model under your own provider account, so that provider bills you for the tokens and we add no charge on top.
- How is a partial minute billed?
- Every call rounds up to the next full minute: 61 seconds bills as 2 minutes, the same as a 120-second call. The published rate always multiplies whole minutes billed, computed with fixed-point integer arithmetic.
- Does changing a provider change the Dvaarik rate?
- No. Provider selection changes your direct provider bill, not the voice-orchestration rate shown here.
- Can the price change during a call?
- A session freezes its rate and rate version when admitted. Later catalogue changes do not rewrite an in-flight or historical session.
- Is anything other than voice priced?
- No. This release is voice only. There is one published Dvaarik rate, and it applies to connected voice minutes.
