We meter two things: connected voice minutes and AI chat replies. Everything below is free.
Projects, agents, and API keys
Make as many as you need. Creating, editing, rotating and deleting them is free.
The console and the SDKs
Every console page, and the Node, Python and browser SDKs.
Webhooks
Signed delivery, retries and the list of failed deliveries come with the platform.
Call lists
Uploading people, calling hours, retries and the do-not-call list. Each call is billed like any other call.
The playground
A playground call is a real call, so its connected minutes are billed at the same rate. Nothing else about it is.
Post-call analysis
Summaries run on your own AI model and account. Your provider bills you for those tokens; we add nothing.
Call speed
Every call shows how fast the agent replied and which part was slowest, at no charge.
Messages people send
People write to your chat agents for free. Only the agent's replies are charged (₹0.05 or $0.0005 each), and a reply that was refused or never sent costs nothing.

What we store
Call audio is not ours to keep
- Recordings live in your carrier account
- When an agent has
record_callson, we ask your phone company to record the call. The audio is written to your own carrier account, on your own carrier plan. We keep only the carrier's reference to it, so you fetch the audio from your carrier with your own credentials, and you never pay to store it twice. - Browser calls have no recording
- A browser call has no phone company in the path, so nobody records it and there is no recording to fetch.
- Transcripts expire after 90 days
- When
store_transcriptis on, we keep the transcript for 90 days and then delete it. Copy anything you need to keep within that window. - The summary stays
- The short post-call summary written by
insight_configstays on the call record after the transcript is deleted. It is small, and it is your record of what the call was about. Everything we keep, and for how long.

Paying
How paying works
- Rupees or dollars
- Pay in rupees (₹0.50 a connected minute) or dollars ($0.005). Switch whenever no call is running; money is never converted, and each currency keeps its own balance. Top up through Razorpay: ₹500 to ₹2,00,000, or $10 to $2,000. A payment fee is added on top (3% in rupees, 5% in dollars), so the amount you type is the amount you can spend. No GST is added. $10 is the smallest single top-up the gateway takes. It is not a minimum spend and not a recurring charge: nothing is taken again, and an unspent balance stays yours. Whether international cards work depends on Razorpay international-payment approval for our merchant account; the console shows the gateway's answer rather than assuming it.
- Calls and chats
- Agents answer phone and browser calls, and typed chats through the chat API, your own Telegram bot, or a WhatsApp number or Instagram professional account on your own Meta app, from the same wallet. Meta's and Telegram's own charges, if any, are billed to you by them.
- Your carrier and AI accounts
- Opening a carrier account, getting numbers approved, consent to call people, and access to AI providers are yours to complete. The console cannot do those approvals for you.
Billing questions
- What does Dvaarik charge for?
- Two things: connected voice minutes at ₹0.50 or $0.005 a minute, and AI chat replies at ₹0.05 or $0.0005 each, charged once a reply is delivered. That covers running the live call or chat, keeping your projects apart, handling interruptions, metering and webhooks.
- Is there a monthly fee or a minimum?
- No. There is no platform fee, no minimum spend, no seat fee, no commitment and no contract. You top up a prepaid wallet, spend what you use, and whatever is left stays yours.
- What is the payment fee?
- A fee added on top of each top-up: 3% in rupees, 5% in dollars. Top up ₹1,000 and you pay ₹1,030; your wallet gets the full ₹1,000.
- Is GST added?
- No. No GST is added to anything Dvaarik charges.
- What do my AI and phone companies charge?
- Whatever your own accounts with them cost. They bill you directly, under your terms with them. Changing a provider changes their bill, never our rate.
- How is part of a minute billed?
- Every call rounds up to the next whole minute: 61 seconds bills as 2 minutes, the same as 120 seconds. A call that never connects costs nothing.
- Can the price change during a call?
- No. A call keeps the rate it started with. A later price change never rewrites a call that is running or finished.
- Is chat priced?
- Yes: each AI reply costs ₹0.05 or $0.0005 from your wallet, through the chat API, your own Telegram bot, or a WhatsApp number or Instagram professional account on your own Meta app. It is charged once the reply is delivered. Messages people send are free, and a reply that was refused or never sent costs nothing. Your model provider bills you for its own tokens, and Meta's and Telegram's own charges, if any, are billed by them.
- What does post-call analysis cost?
- Nothing from Dvaarik. Summaries run on your own model under your own provider account, so that provider bills you for the tokens and we add no charge on top.
